Temporary twisted usage of on delay relay ?

Hello,

I'd like to improve my understanding of relays.

Of course it's much better to get a true "off delay" relay but is it possible, by example for a temporary repair need, to twist usage of an "on delay" relay to get an "off delay" relay using a 2nd relay ?

See the "diagram" (yes it's ugly!) in attachment that I tried to draw, according to my understanding.
(can't remember if the push buttons are on live or neutral)

See ERV-XX guide in attachment.

What do you think about this "horrible DIY", for a temporary repair need (a few days) ?
Is my "diagram" OK ? Can it even work ? (perhaps I missed something)
Is it unsafe ? Why ?

Thanks !

Regards,

Peter.

There is nothing that would be functionally dangerous, but certainly the actual wiring needs to be better than the drawing. The circuit will work as desired but keeping the logic straight will take some effort. IN fact, keeping track of the logic will be the hard part.
