I have made a Stepper motor driver circuit design based on TB6560AHQ.
The usage considerations recommended by Toshiba has been implemented.
(i.e. power on sequence) And also with low and high voltage protections
and snubber protection in power supply line for back EMF protection.
circuit is planned to be used on multi axis controller.
If any body interested please stay on, I need help from you guy's to improve it
and make a nice PCB design (A DIY design type) for it.

Supply Voltage 24V.
Current : 3A per phase.
Bipolar Stepper Motor.

Yes, the .sch file - and indicate what version of Eagle you're using.
Also, if you made any custom components for your project, you should include the .lbr file. If it is named "mylib.lbr" then rename it as mylib.lbr.pdf, or the board won't let you attach it (.sch and .brd files are OK, but the bulletin board doesn't know about .lbr files.)

Here it is the schematic in eagle. (version 5.11) this schematic may not open in 6.1.
Attached file contains
1) schematic + library for pluggable terminal block
2) A partial simulation in Simetrix
3) board not yet designed.

before designing the board we need to finalize the circuit,
area in doubt is snubber circuit and selecting proper TVS.

All parts (except TB6560AHQ) available from futurlec.com and taydaelectronics.com
TB6560AHQ which I procured from ebay US$3.86 each including shipping.

circuit not yet tested.

No, it won't open with V6.1 because in symbol TERMINAL-2 you have a pin that has a blank name field. v6.1 doesn't like that one bit.
It is in saif-eagle2.lbr which you did not include in the .zip file.
You also did not include SparkFun.lbr, which is called out in the .sch file

You are using circles on the NET layer and then putting wire labels next to them; I guess as a different type of note label. I am not certain where VM nor VM2 are coming from. Is VM supposed to be coming from +24v? I guess VM2 is fused +24v?

I fixed a number of errors that were showing up in the schematic with Erc. However, since I don't have the library saif-eagle2.lbr, I can't fix the blank pin problem.

See the attached.

eta: I take it back, the board WILL allow you to upload .lbr files without renaming them.

You used SMT/SMD pads for the TB6560AHQ. I don't think they are long enough.

Ok now you can open this from Eagle 6.1 also.
I have updated the library for Terminal Block and new library with name saif-eagle.lbr.
Now no need of Sparkfun library.
Unconnected wire errors were fixed.

SgtWookie, yes your guess was correct, VM is +24V supply and VM2 is fused +24V

Previous file was saved in eagle 6.1 later I found it can't be open with 5.11. version. weird!!
So remade with 5.11 version so can be opened in both versions.
