I went to a grand opening Chinese buffet and they have a ton of expensive food for 5 dollars. The food on the plate is crayfish / crawfish, clam, and chicken nuggets.

You guys don't have snow crab on your chinese buffets? Most of ours down here have em. At least till the redneck white trash finds out where they are and start to go their and try to get all you can eat crab legs for $4.99. Then they have to pull them from the buffet.
