I just received two 8ch relay boards. I chose a board that comes with Tasmota installed.
The boards do have Tasmota on them, but the boards are not configured.
Help told me to " {"NAME":"8CH Relay","GPIO":[230,1,231,229,1,1,1,1,226,225,227,224,228,1],"FLAG":0,"BASE":18} ". That was not enough information for me.
Next person showed pictures of doing this some time ago. They entered the information in the top box on the left. I did not see any change in the board.
Next helpful person said to fill out the form on the right (only). Not knowing how, I did what is on the right. (also)
Another help place shows making a template, save it, pull it up and modify it. My "8CH Relay" template never appears on the list like in the examples.
Now it might be working but I am not certain. I can toggle the relays. (8 hours into this)
Do you think this is what I should do?
Is it typical for the relays to chatter at power up? Relays 5,6,7,8 do on/off/on/off at power up. Is that normal?
