I do the same, I weigh'd myself last week Friday, and with a belly full, 3 cups of coffee 3 eggs 2 slices of dry white toast open face. Since it was morning I'd think my 170 lbs is actually around 169. So, yesterday out on a Motorcycle ride we stopped by McDonalds ("rare" last time was around a year ago). So, I ordered a small fry, Grilled Chicken, avocado, normally I stay away from fast food but, since everyone else wanted McDonalds I thought what the heck sometimes you splurge, sparingly.I try and relax on parties and family gatherings now, although I still follow a very strict diet on weekdays... So far, it seems to be working.
Now bacon is something different, I'm not really sure it comes from pork.....

Edit: I smelled some turkey bacon at Costco once, really smelled good.
