Sync/reset pulse on a CD40106 astable

Note that the first half-cycle after the oscillator is gated on will be longer than the following half cycles. this is because the voltage on the capacitor rises to Vdd during the off time, which is higher than the 4093's upper transition level. The first half cycle is longer because it takes longer to discharge the cap all the way down to the lower transition level.
