Switching on LEDs by two people touching

Hi guys,
I am looking for way to use touch of two people as a sensor to turn on LEDs.

In basic each of them touch 1 sensor on object, then connect hands and the LEDs will turn on.

I am amateur in electronics and can't find any solution by myself.
