Please can any one help with this problem how do I make a push button switch that the intervals be changed in every 2 seconds or 5 or 6 and so on so you can press a button and then It automatically keeps press on and off until user says otherwise.
This makes no sense. If you want it to remember its state until the user says otherwise, then what role "does the 2 seconds or 5 or 6" play. Please can any one help with this problem how do I make a push button switch that the intervals be changed in every 2 seconds or 5 or 6 and so on so you can press a button and then It automatically keeps press on and off until user says otherwise.

If you are looking for a push button that is "push-on, push-off", then buy such a switch.
If you are looking for a switch that when you push it it stays on for a certain amount of time and shuts off until pushed again, then they make those switches to.
If you want to take a normal momentary push-button switch and have one of these behavior (or something else) then you can use logic to do it. That logic might be implemented using relays (which can be purchased with various flavors of time delays) or with something like a 555 timer or with something like a cheap 8-pin microcontroller. Lot's of possibilities.
