Not sure if i have the right answer!

Eulers notation:

Is = I1 +I2 = 1.69 + j0.719 + 2.39
= 4.08 + j0.719
= 4.14 A

Phase lag = 10°

Any help is appreciated

 

you were almost there but forgot the j operator for the inductance term

Is = I1 +I2 = 1.695 + j0.719 -j2.39
= 1.695 -j1.67
= 2.379 A @ -44.57°

Phase lag = 44.57°
