Hello I cannot figure out this question and need a little help

 

Simply replace 4Io CCVS with a short circuit. And treat V1 and V2 as a one big super node.
So you need to write two nodal equation and one additional for a supernode

V2 = V1 - (4 * V1/16)

Uhm do NOT replace the dependent voltage source with any wire, def wrong to say that conceptually.

however you can make a super node out of v1 and v2, because you know the voltage difference between them is always (4Xi0)Volts.
