Im having problems figuring out the equations for the attached supermesh problem

Other than that, you must post some of your work, even if it's wrong, before asking for help.

Try to begin by writing the mesh equations. Write down the ones for the bottom-down mesh, the upper mesh, and the outmost, large mesh. You can note arbitrary current directions to help you get your signs right.

Also, is the upper right equation that says that Io=7mA written by you or is it part of the problem?
