I am new to forum .may be it looks odd ,I am having problem with an old PC TV device sun win SM-230 It has main IC LA 76818 when I connect to the input video there are no signals I have check the IC there is pulse in the input signals It also dont tune the analog tv signals I have changed the RF tuner which was faulty I have resold main points changed C1815 transistors around but nothing works may be I am stupid to use this old device but being as learner I wan to get the solution please if any one could suggest help
