I am using STM32L5, that has one ADC module, and I want to read simultaneously 20 pressure sensors so that I can create a real-time pressure map. How should I implement in the optimum way the pressure sensors reading?

 

You can use a 32-channel analog multiplexer such as ADG731 or ADG732.

How does a multiplexer allow for simultaneous readings? Won't they be offset in time from one another by the sampling and acquisition time.
