I have a problem with LabVIEW : it is the wiring of a timer with two lights, one for the star connection of a motor and one for the delta connection and another brake light which indicates the stopping of the previous two lights. Who can help me and make the right connection ?

Labview is not a wiring program, it is a circuit simulator for evaluating electronic circuits.
Besides that, whatever the problem is needs to be explained much more clearly. That is, what are you trying to achieve that is not happening??
Developing control circuit schemes is not a simulator sort of function.

Star/Delta motor starting schemes are not at all new, and there are starters available that provide that exact function. Or at least such starters were available 30 years ago. But at that time they were already obsolete.
Presently, and for at least the past 20 years, the scheme for reduced power starting has been a system called a "soft starter" system, which is much better than the wye-delta scheme, physically much smaller, and quite a bit more efficient. And also much more effective.
so my suggestion is to ask for information and help about whatever it is you are wanting to achieve, instead of asking for hep about a chosen answer.

In order to enable suggestions for actual components we need to know the supply voltage and the motor horsepower. Also the rated current for the motor.
For the indicator lights, they can either be powered directly across the coils on the two contactors, or by an auxilliary contact on each of the two. The off-condition indicator can be fed thru back contacts on the same auxilliary contacts of both devices, with the two sets of contacts in series.
Note that none of this is new, the most recent time I was involved with such a starter was in 1967.

I still recall the manually operated OIL filled 3 phase change over switch.
The operator would slam the lever down to start posn, (star) when he figured the motor was up to speed, he would quickly bring the lever up to the vertical and it would latch in, in Delta. o_O
This is a modern version!!
