SPWM from microcontroller to drive H-bridge inverter.

I want the 10 kHz SPWM with dead time to drive my H-bridge inverter. What should I put between the gate of MOSFET and spwm signal so that I can protect my microcontroller from any unforeseen damage and also drive the mosfets continuously?
