Speed problem on petrify robot

I have a problem of speed with a petrify "Clatronic" which starts with the maximum speed on any position and after control of the electronic system I found the speed sensor damaged but no way to check the integrated circuit on the electronic card SM168-S1 without data sheet (photo 1).
It bears no reference but after undersold there is a number below 144TNCZ07 (see photo 2) but google search gives nothing.
Is there anyone who could know what it is and find his data sheet?
Thank you

... Do you have an oscilloscope?
The immediate question is whether the lead going to the thyrister gate, through R7, experiences any variation as the speed selector switch is moved from one position to another.... Guessing that slow speeds have one pulse repetition rate, and faster speeds have another.
... another test, not too complicated, check electrolytic capacitor C3 to verify that it is not shorted to ground.

... careful with that AC power section ... watch fingers.

... one more thing to check, S8050 is NPN, so the emitter will be at ground potential, rather than positive, as previously described.

... a little confused here, but there should be a DC voltage at the collector of the S8050 transistor.

If the speed sensor is damaged to the point of not functioning why are you looking at anything else? This is a feedback system and if there is no feedback signal the system will increase the drive to try to reach a speed. Or do you know that the speed sensor is till working? Check for pulses at the sensor "output" terminal relative to the sensor "common" terminal as the magnet rotates. If you are not getting any pulses then that is the first problem to handle and solve.

Usually, a single damaged component in a system will be at least part of the reason that it does not operate right. And without a functioning speed sensor there is no way the system can do other than run full speed.

Hello
Thank every one for help
According to the data sheet I have The S8050 is an PNP and not an NPN
I ordered a speed sensor and I am waiting to receive it and to replace it to see if it's the only problem
In order to understand how the system works I wanted to know what is the integrated circuit that receives the data and gives the pulse to activate the Triac? because there is no reference on it and the reference below is unusable.
The rest of the components are known components.

Thanks

Hello everyone
I inform you that I received the speed sensor
A3144 that I replaced after assembly of the petrify robot
everything works as before
Thanks for your help

I write the article about it at Uk version of Edubirdie. Check it.

I think if you use a scheme attached here, it can work well.
