Hello, I have an array with only 9 elements. need to find its grating lobe formula.
i was told that the formulas shown bellow are for very large N.
the last expression is for very large N?
is there more accurate formulas for grating lobes with N=9 (not very large number)
maybe i am confusing something ,but i was told that there is another formula for grating lobes specific for finite number of elements.
basicly i was told that this textbook formula is for college tasks and for real world array design there more considerations.
what other consideration i need to think consider when designing the distance between elements?
thanks.
