Too low for what ?
You are shopping around in a world of gimmicky junk.

2-"Bookshelf" Speakers and a Massive 15" Sealed-Sub-Woofer is all You need
for a respectable Sound-System,
( along with a Graphic-Equalizer with at least 10-Frequency-Bands ).

These parts will create a very satisfying Sound-System.
The DSP does have a fairly long learning curve, but you'll learn a lot
about Sound in the Process of getting this system set-up the way You like it.

This is as cheap as it gets for a reasonably High-Fidelity-System.

Hee, hee. The 120W x 2 amplifier produces only 20W x 2 into 4 ohm speakers at 1% distortion which is about 10W x 2 into the 6 ohm speakers at low distortion.

Ok I found this SamSung HW-Q950T SoundBar.

It all Looks good but if you Look on YouTub the Subwoofer is Rated at 28 Watts.

Is this to Low?
28 watts at 0.1% distortion is quite enough for most situations with most people in an average room. 28 watts at 10% total harmonic distortion is OK for rap listening with earphones, otherwise, useless.
