I have no voltage on ic pin 16(bias) & no negative voltage on pin 12. I checked the voltages on Q610 and have 71v on both base & emmiter but 0v on the collector. Does that mean that the transistor is bad? AND all voltages are 10v higher on IC than shown in schematics- is that a separate fault or it that acceptable? I would think they are listed for a reason. Any idea what would cause the voltages to be higher by that amount? Could it be a bad rectifier?
