Hi everyone, I have an old sony component system. I've been using it for 5 years and I encountered a problem these past few weeks. It keeps tripping off and I can't use it anymore. I tested the power source and there is no problem. I attached a photo of the component.
Can anyone please help me with this?

Your question is like saying you have a motor vehicle that does not work. There are very many possible causes for your problem. Not the least is what do you mean by "tripping off"?
If you have no electronic experience I think the best thing is to take it to a service shop. Otherwise, Google the model number and try to find a service manual as a starter.
What level of electronic knowledge do you have?

I'm sorry sir. What i mean of "tripping off" is that it will suddenly turn off after turning on for a few minutes. The only problem I can come up is the power circuit that cannot give enough supply to the component that is why it trips off.
I'm not really sure what level of electronics I am sir, I am still a student and I have very poor experience than you.

I don't know the circuit configuration of that machine. Can you please post model numbers. A picture of the name plate, probably on the back would do. Photos of the inside boards too if you can get clear ones.
This could well be a power supply problem or failing amplifier drawing to high a current.
A circuit is really needed for a start.
