I am not very sure, somebody can help me to identify this IC ? L324 ? (LM324 ? ) this IC is on a DC Barmeter.

It could well be a LM224, wich is comparable with the LM324.
The LM224 has a lower offset and temperature drift.

Hi and thanks Ok I almost to be sure but I had a small doubt, this PCB drive this 30 Led Bar with Common Anode like this, do you have any idea how it make it ?

Oh thanks Bertus, in fact I want to use this BAR display with 3 LM3914/15 for a 30 LEDS Vu-Meter do you know it's possible ? do you have a link or exemple schematics ?

I have never seen schematics with a multiplexed display and a LM3914.
I have seen cascaded circuits, as in the datasheet.

I have to design a driver command schematic and drive them with a Log amplifier for a Audio Use, but I don't have expertise for design the multiplexed driver led .

Definitely not a LM324. That is a 14 pin DIP.

Other devices ending with 224 are 74LS224, which is a 16 by 4 bit Synchronous memory.
Not likely it is that, but I thought I'd throw in that guess....
