Solid state multiplexor for microvolt-level signal

Colleagues,

Is there a practical solid state multiplexor for a signal with levels on the order of 50 micro-V? I’ve done this in the past with reed relays, but now I need to increase the switching rate, and the relays will not be fast enough.

That could be a challenge at the 50 uvolt level. Any reason why the voltages can't be amplified before the multiplexing? Also, how many signals have to be multiplexed?

How fast do you need to switch? The typical specification on the Coto 3500 Series Low Thermal EMF relays are ~1mS. If your relay is in a stable environment so that you do
not need low thermal EMF you could get a relay that is ~.5mS.

50uV with a solid-state switch will be difficult.
