I got my sister this SmartWatch

If me or anybody calls her the SmartWatch and her SmartPhone will Ring.

If she Answers on her SmartWatch or her SmartPhone they both will pickup.

If she Hangs Up on her SmartWatch or her SmartPhone both will Hang Up.

Is this because she can not have her SmartPhone on her at the same time she has the SmartWatch?

Or must her SmartPhone be so many Feet away from her?
