simulink ugv model

Hi! I have a nonlinear ugv which i want to design a controller for its dynamic equation . i have found the dynamic equation from a paper and i tried to model the system in simulink and design a pid controller for the linearized system and then apply the pid to the nonlinear system but it gives an error for the integrator block. could someone please check my simulation and see if i have done it right?
