What simulation softwares can be used to simulate semiconductors from Fairchild and Infineon specially power conversion devices and MOSFET drivers.

Any Spice program (e.g. LTspice) should be able to do that, provided you have the appropriate Spice models for the devices.

 

I can't find these components in LTspice

 

The goal of developing LTspice was to promote branded chips. If you want to use LTspice with other manufacturers' chips, then this is not LT's concern, but your difficulties. You should search for models yourself or create them, and then attach them to LTspice.
