Simulation Issue with Imported Components in Proteus

Hello,
I'm currently working on simulating electronic circuits using Proteus. While components like the PC817, which are included by default, work perfectly in simulation, I’m facing issues with several components that I imported using .PDIF files from external libraries.
The problematic components are:
  1. TLP293-4 (Toshiba)
  2. LMR14006YDDCT (Texas Instruments)
  3. STPS0540Z (STMicroelectronics)
  4. ISO1228DFBR (Texas Instruments)
    ..............................................
Although I was able to insert these components into the schematic, the simulation fails to run. It appears that these components lack integrated SPICE models or simulation data, which prevents Proteus from executing the simulation.
I’m looking for a solution to either:
  • Link appropriate SPICE models to these components within Proteus
  • Or find equivalent components that are simulation-compatible
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
