Thanks for your help, email sentMy issue was resolved 24 hours after sending the email. The support team sent me back a ZIP file that seemed to contain a firmware and a U-Boot. All I had to do was copy it onto a USB stick, plug it in, power on, wait a bit, and voilà — the oscilloscope was flashed and fully functional again, as if nothing had happened.
