Siglent SDS1052DL+ Fails Boot

My SDS1052DL+ is stuck in the boot screen. Can you help with it please. I have written an e-mail to support addres that You have provided.

I must ask. What the hell is actually wrong with the boot process on this scope?
Early FW did not make the best use of NAND but later FW remedies wear leveling so not to have a bad block preventing boot.
Keysight/Agilent also had their fair share of issues and it hits most that never seen to update their firmware.

Luckily Siglent are pretty good at helping with the supply of recovery packages that you just pop onto a USB stick fitted to the instrument then reboot it.

OMG, what a sh!t show. It's not on you, you are great. They will never fix the simple serial back to back character decoding they blotched on the SDS 1202X-E last firmware. "Fixed the bug of UART decoder with some special settings" in firmware 1.3.27"

Their response to the screw-up was a classic for the bad engineering ages. It's the little things stupid things that hurt reputations.
Yes, mine is on the previous 'good' version.
