Produces error 22 (Opto board)
Has 2 opto switches, one for rotation and one for index.

Omron EE-SJ3-D is on order
Isocom Dual Channel ISTS832S is the problem.

Can't find it or an equivalent, anyone any suggestions?

Had a look at the data sheets for those but the dimensions are way off for the limited space on the daughter pcb. They are about twice the width...

Any other thoughts?

Can you not use two single channel slotted optos together?.
