No. You should enjoy your amp, use your amp and, if your amp doesn't make reasonably pleasant music, you should turn the volume down until it sounds better or get proper speakers.

 

Yes, if it is in your car. That means it's too loud for you to hear what's going on outside on the road.

 

If you are listening to music so loud that the amp is clipping then you are permanently damaging your hearing. When you lose it, it wouldn’t come back.

 

The human ear is quite capable of detecting clipping.
