Im looking for a way to steer a toy car with a servo following a buried wire with a 34khz signal generated onto it. I can use an inductor at the front of the car to pick up the frequency but then how to convert that into a pwm for a hi-tech servo. Any suggestions how to lock onto this frequency then convert it into pulse so that it will steer close to the wire at all times? I understand line follower robots but its using light detectors and independently running two motors but I want to use a hidden wire and steer with linkages to the front tires with one drive motor to the rear. Any suggestions much appreciated.
