Please suggest me few best industrial serial ethernet converters for my project.

I just need a uart to communicate with my atmega328p controller.

I used v3 novus for my project but it is getting hang everyday(attached datasheet).

Please suggest me. It will helpful for me.

 

Can you think about detecting a hang and reseting COM link in software ?
