Selection of instrumentation amplifier

I want to amplify differential voltage (0-80milliVolt) from a wheatstone bridge circuit output. The maximum output is 4.096V (ie input max for ADS1115 ADC). Common mode voltage range is 8-13 V. Power supply is only single rail. Input impedence is 1K. Whether INA125 works for this case ? I am not able to find out from the data sheet as it was too complicated for me.
Thank you for the help.

The data sheet information is not that complex!! The terms you need to read and understand are "common mode rejection" and "dynamic range."
It is not likely that a single-rail instrument amp package can meet your requirements. An addition on May 18: The Short answer is NO!. A solution is to use an ISOLATED supply to power the instrument amplifier. Then it can work.
Besides that, there is a lot of good published information on using instrument amplifiers available on the manufacturers websites. I would not suggest even looking at you tube, which I call the cartoon channel. There is much too much garbage hiding what may be correct.
