I want to select an In-Amp for the following requirement

Input : differential voltage 0-50mV
Input common mode voltage : 12V max
Output voltage: 0-5V corresponding to 0-50mV input
Power supply shall be single rail.
Is there any In-Amp available to suit this requirements?
I am searching for an In-Amp but not able to find one.
Note: Input is coming from a Wheatstone bridge operating at ~24V excitation voltage.

Result from Diamond plot tool is not recommending this operation

 

The AD623 has an Absolute Maximum supply rating of 12V so, for best reliability, you should be operating below that.
Look on the AD website for more appropriate In-Amps.

 

INA126 is another choice still available in a 8 pin surface mount.
