Seeking Advice - Mobile Telepresence Hardware Configuration

I am new to this forum. I am seeking advice on the constriction/build of a mobile telepresence system/cart for use in a large industrial manufacturing plant. I would like to enable the use of Zoom so that external consultants/technical support engineers can interact with shop floor associates. I have tested both MS Surface and Apple iPad and my plant wi-fi appears to be capable of hosting video conference calls. Looking at developing a system that utilizes a laptop, supplemental monitor, and camera. Would like to have the capability to move and zoom the camera. The plant is noisy so will need to use a microphone/noise cancelling headset. Seeking specifics on hardware. Thank You. Jim
