Seek for Multio

Hello guys, I'm new here in Multisim Software. May I ask can someone help me check my circuit whether which part has some connection problems or am I connecting wrong parts (Because currently stucked at 29 secs instead of couting down to 0). This circuit is Timer Down Circuit, once the push button is pressed and released, 7 segment will count from 30 seconds to 0 in binary, but it will stop at 0 if you didnt push the push button (which is activating the counter timer down circuit from 30 seconds to 0 again).
