As is SO often the case, the people developing and implementing security systems never bother to actually consult with anyone that actually knows anything about cyber security. They assume that because THEY couldn't think of how to defeat the system, that no one else can, either.

and don't ever say your weak internally test system is unhackable. Unhackable = "We don't understand security." Every system accessed and operated by humans is crackable. Sure, there are MIL-SPEC secure systems, for those sometimes the hack is a hammer to the kneecap if sugar doesn't work with the selected target.
