Hi.
I have an issue with my treadmill which is causing the fuse to blow.
I think I’ve hunted down the problem to a shorted IGBT, G4PC40K. (See picture). I can’t seem to find this piece with all the numbers tight anywhere so can somebody help me please?

Thank you for Quick response! I’ve been looking at Those sites but can’t seem to get all the Numbers right. G4PC40K is fine but the 139p and W1 doesn’t appear on anyone. Is this of any importance?

 

The W1 is probably a batch number or some kind of date code.

The 139 is a date code and you can ignore that.

 

And the 139p? I’ve found others like, 238p and 813p. Do you think that these also are batch Numbers or similar?
