Hi
In my project, I wanna use an 8 BJT transistors integrated circuit, I do some researchers and I found two "M6380" and "M54513" I found a lot of Darlington arrays but I don't need Darlington circuits just normal 8 transistors IC like in the links above, the problem is I can't found any of the 2 circuits in sites like Digikey or mouser electronics they don't exist at all so I am wondering if they still exist in the stores or not, does anyone has an idea about that or he knows another part like them?? thank you.

I searched for similar recently. An 8-transistor array does not exist unless it is Darlington. 4-NPN array exists and you have access to all three pins (no common pins) in this one. I don't know your current/load expectations but 4-transistors arrays are your only option unless you go with darlington.
