I di-assemble a 8 pin IC from a PCB.On the chip is written :
S25CMO(or S25CM0)
1A4VGX
1516
(in three line).I can not find any resources(e.g. datasheet,company and ...) for it.Can anyone help me to find its resources?

It's possible the IC is a custom one with some house code used only by the proprietor. Can you give some context? What appliance is it from? Wherabouts on the pcb is it?

It is for smart home.It is connected to SPI pins of nearby microcontroller.The uc is SD3502 from silicon lab(z-wave tranceiver).

I have put the "S25CM0" into Yahoo advanced search, wich gave me:

Then followed the link to the datasheet archive, wich gave me:
https://www.datasheetarchive.com/S25CM01A-datasheet.html
On there it was available at digikey.
