To repair a seafarer 3 depth below transducer i am looking for an circuit diagram for the receiving part of the transducer .

You will be lucky to ever find a circuit for that unit. Most of those type of Flashing neon type rotating disc sounders are verry similar. This is the circuit of a Fuso brand of similar type. More to the point is what is wrong with your unit?FUSO MF_25A.1.jpgFUSO MF_25A.2.jpg
