I'm looking for a schematic of a power supply for AC-DC 24...240V input to +12Vdc output. My circuit have a max. current abaut 30mA.

Does anyone have one that they can send me?

Sounds like you want a Buck type psu for 24V to 12V if you want to input 240V AC then your'e looking at a switchmode type.

I found the LT8316 but it appears to be for Current most elevated.

So you can have a bridge rectifier that will take either an AC or DC input and build a buck converter to output 24V or 12V. There are safety issues involved with constructing an offline supply, but other than that what you want seems doable.
