How are you doing friends, I am curious about this, are these two ICs (SC6200 and SSC620S functions the same?

 

Hard to say as definitive datasheets for these devices are difficult to find. The SC6200 is variously listed as an 8-pin SMPS controller or an Octal LED driver. The SSC620S seems to be mainly an 8-pin SMPS controller with simlar but not necessarily identical pinouts.
