is there a way to saturate a CMOS sensor with RF or electromagnetic radiation?

What sensor, why do you want to “saturate” it, whatever that means?

 

You provided no part number or datasheet and did not even say what the Cmos sensor senses? Heat, light, sounds, pressure or something else.

 

Hummmm, now why would you want to "defeat" a sensor?

CMOS sensors in cameras, collect photons (i.e. light). You would use light to "blind" it. Don't think they are sensitive to RF or magnetic fields.

 

If by "saturate" you simply mean to make it stop working properly, then the answer is probably yes. All electronics are subject to electromagnetic interference to some degree, it just depends on how sensitive this particular camera is, which includes how well shielded it is, and how much energy you are willing to expend.

 

I think a way to "blind" like IR cameras with light...

Light is electromagnetic radiation, so yes, a bright flashlight will saturate a CMOS sensor.

No, a CMOS light sensor doesn't have any sensitivity at such low frequencies.
