As the pulse pattern is always the same we do not need to delay the actual signal. We just need to detect the positive rising edge, delay by 3 to 6 mS then trigger a circuit that generated that pattern. It could be done using an 8 pin microcontroller. The delay adjustment could be made using a potentiometer connected to and ADC input on the microcontroller.

Do you think it is more easy to use BBD device? However, the input is not coming from any audio device or guitar. the input signal is coming from the electrodes. Thanks again
