SAK 215 Alternative CI?

Hey Guys, I Need a Big help..
Im trying to repair a Old 1986 Tachometer that uses a pulse shaper circuit with the SAK215 IC (Datasheet)...
I would like to exchange it for an easier to find "IC", and if possible with the "Boost Startup" feature that moves the pointer to the end when the power is supplied.

Does anyone know of an alternative IC?
