Running this circuit on 12v

You have to tell us the voltage and current of motor and then decide to increase or decrease two 470Ω resistors, otherwise you may damage the motor or transistors.

I can't find any messages about the current of motor of the linked page, now you have the 12V voltage , but you still need the current, if you can find the one you have maybe you can measure it.

The original circuit that the current of motor is :
I_BC327BC337 = (6V - (0.7V + 0.2V + 0.7V))/470Ω
= (6V - 1.6V)/470Ω
= 4.4V//470Ω
= 9.36 mA

So the I_motor = 9.36 mA * 10 = 93.6 mA Imax

If you using the same current to calculate the 12V motor then the 470Ω will be increase to like this:
R = 12 V/9.36 mA
= 1.282 K
Maybe you can using 1.2K to try.

And the two 4.7K on the left side that you can increase to 10K to try.
