Can you please suggest me some good RTC modules that can be interfaced with PIC contollers to develop a Data Logger. The working environment is around 55*C.
Data Logging takes place every minute.

A popular device is the DS1307 RTC also a 'better' version the DS1337.

ds 1307 is a good choise . simple circuitry needs a watch crystal and a CMOS battery.

The NXP PCF2129A device is rated for 3.3V operation, can use a coin cell for backup so the time stays accurate, and has the crystal internal to itself so it can monitor it's temperature for very good long term accuracy.

Not too shabby for about 3 bucks (USD) in single quantities.
