Rocker switch info needed

I have a Rocker Switch DPST Power Switch I/O 4 Pins, see attached image, can anyone guide me where to connect live and neutral to this switch, or what to connect, there is no marking on this switch, if I connect live to left and after switching on will live come i left pin to below it?
