Hi Folks, below is a pic of some sort of 'road runner' vehicle that was used to protect a past president.

I did personally see this kind of vehicle once and noticed the dome, which was pretty cool looking.


1) Does any one know what that dome thing is on top of the vehicle.
2) Is it possible that the dome has an antenna similar to the second pic below? If, yes, then how can they use the antenna cause the antenna is a directional antenna and the vehicle would be constantly moving the antenna in and out of the receiver's focal point?
